General Questions

Go to your “Property Listings” section and click “Add New Property.” Fill in the required details like title, location, price, and upload property images to make it live instantly.

Open your “My Properties” section, select the property you want to edit or delete, and use the “Edit” or “Remove” button under property actions.

Yes, the dashboard supports bulk management. You can update prices, mark availability, or modify listing status for multiple properties simultaneously.
Manage Account

Head to “Profile Settings” and update your contact number, email, or agency information. Your changes will reflect across your dashboard instantly.

Navigate to “Security Settings,” click on “Change Password,” enter your old and new password, and save changes to secure your account.

If you wish to permanently delete your account, go to “Account Settings,” choose “Delete Account,” and confirm your choice. Note: All your listings and data will be permanently removed.
Privacy & Security

Yes, all payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely through trusted gateways. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.

Only verified users and registered buyers on the platform can view your full property details, ensuring privacy and reducing spam inquiries.

You can raise a data removal request by visiting “Privacy Settings.” Once verified, all your saved property details, leads, and records will be permanently deleted from our system.
